A human machine interface (HMI) is a platform which permits interaction between users and automation equipment. Delta’s HMI products provide various communication ports for fast communication and convenient control of a diverse range of machines, systems and facilities. The high resolution LCD display visualizes operating, monitoring and efficient control in real time. DOP-B Series
The DOP Series Human Machine Interface (HMI) provides various touch screens with multiple dimensions and colors. It also offers fast and convenient control functions for industrial automation machines. In addition, Delta Windows-based and user-friendly DOPSoft Screen Editor and Programming Software configures the whole DOP Series. With DOPSoft, users can quickly edit images and graphs and easily set suitable communication protocol. More applications can be created, edited, downloaded and uploaded.

FEATURE OF DELTA HMI

• DOP Series Human Machine Interface
ScrEdit software is a user-friendly program editor of DOP-A, DOP-AE and DOP-AS series HMI for Windows. Please refer to the following section for its features and function introduction.

• Quick Execution and Communication Macro
It can handle complicated calculation by executing macro. The user can also write communication protocol with communication macro command to connect specific system via COM port.

• Recipes
It provides useful recipe editor that is similar to Microsoft excel for user to edit recipe easily and input multiple recipes simultaneously (size limit is 64K). When downloading multiple recipes at the same time, it can exchange by internal memory of HMI. If data has finished editing when downloading, you can download recipe individually.

• Direct Communication with Two or Three PLCs
DOP-A series HMI is able to connect to two different or the same controllers via two communication ports. Up to three communication ports are provided in DOP-AE and DOP-AS series HMI for direction connection to PLCs.

• Multi-Language Support
It is easy for the user to switch the desired language via HMI or the external controller. Furthermore, Unicode editing is supported, and therefore it is convenient for the user to create and edit more quickly.

E-Server
E-Server is used to transfer the production and history data directly from production site to a PC in the office via Ethernet. Production/Recepi data can be saved in excel file/ ODBC server & you can generate this report day, week and month wise automatically.
E-Remote
E-Remote is used to view and check the screen shown on HMI at the production site and control the manufacturing process via Ethernet.

DOP BS

Delta DOP series Human Machine Interface provides various touch screens with multiple dimensions and colors and it also offers fast and convenient control functions for industrial automation machines. Moreover, programming the whole DOP series is done using the Delta Windows-based and user-friendly Screen Editor software. By using this software, the user can quickly edit images and graphs and set suitable communication protocol through Macro command.
High color and wide screen display provide more perfect and more plentiful visual enjoyment. Currently, we provide the models of 5.6", 7" and 10.1" display with multiple colors
